Because we live in a global world and we feel like a part of society. Because we can and we should improve this world. 3.14 Financial develops and becomes involved in social issues in order to improve society in different ways:

Supporting organizations of international development: 3.14 Financial is a member of Intermomn-Oxfam.

Collaborating with sport associations that encourage teamwork, clean and non-violent sports, 3.14 Financial sponsors the Volleyball team Voleibol Vagalume.

Respecting and being involved with the environment. 3.14 Financial designs programs for recycling and for energy saving.

We facilitate the combination of work and family life. We design programs that help our staff obtain a better quality of life by adapting to their schedules and vacations.
